Hello Singapore (狮城有约) Part 3 - 3D Printing of Food

Voon Siew Li, a PhD student in the Singapore Centre for 3D Printing introduces the concept and method to 3D print food. The research aims to print soft, pureed foods for hospital patients, who experience swallowing difficulties. The centre has successfully printed up to 12 types of vegetables, including carrot, corn, peas and cauliflower.
