The Singapore Centre for 3D Printing (SC3DP) offers a comprehensive suite of advanced technologies spanning various printing methods such as material extrusion, material jetting, and powder bed fusion. These capabilities enable the printing of diverse materials including polymers, ceramics, metals, glass, composites and biological substances.

SC3DP serves as a hub for groundbreaking research across multiple sectors. In aerospace additive manufacturing technologies and defence, we focus on lightweight parts fabrication. In construction, the centre is dedicated to sustainable building solutions. SC3DP also explores applications in marine, healthcare and offshore industries, particularly in metal printing and part redesign for enhanced efficiency.

Furthermore, it pioneers materials and techniques in electronics for manufacturing efficiency and sustainability. In biomanufacturing, SC3DP integrates 3D printing with biocompatible materials for tissue engineering and food bioprinting, driving advancements in medical device fabrication and food production. The Centre's facilities include cutting-edge technologies like Direct Energy Deposition hybrid and Portable Laser Deposition System, Projection Micro Stereolithography, Direct Glass Laser Deposition and Volumetric 3D printing enabling precise prototyping capabilities.
