Introduction
Artificial Intelligent bots which understand a language can help to automate many coordination mundane and processes for educators. Bots can be active 24-7 helping educators balance their work life with student engagement. Machine Learning is able to further enhance the capability of the bots by learning the preferences and behaviours of the students that they are serving.
Participants will learn how to:

• Recognise the potential of Machine Learning to better serve the students and increase the acceptance of bots by students

As a Regional Customer Delivery Director for APAC Region, of Babylon Health an AI power Digital Health company, he is responsible of Programme Management, Customer Relationship and Customer Success Management. Managing the customers through engagement and coordination, to deliver Babylon Technology & Products to multiple territories, ensuring customer satisfaction in alignment to business visions. Reynels was Chief Technology Officer of Good Doctor Technology (Singapore), that is resulted from a JV between Ping An (China) and Grab (SEA). He is responsible to lead and formulate technology delivery and operation strategy by develop & deliver a strategic technological & business vision and direction for the company, in alignment to delivery of O2O Healthcare Solution in South East Asia.
Dr Lillian Koh
Dr Lillian Koh is the CEO of Fintech Academy & Director at Centre of Research and Innovation at NTUitive Advisor, Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce. After serving 17 years at the Ministry of Education and another 17 years at Nanyang Technological University, she is the CEO of Fintech Academy. Other previous appointments include Faculty Associate at A*Star, Consultant to MOE, UNESCO, NHG, Pearson, Citigroup and World Bank.
