Yih Cheng graduated with a Bachelor of Business Computing from the National University of Singapore. His digital transformation experience ranges from rolling out Sony’s regional corporate website, launching McDonald’s social media channels, and improving Volkswagen’s marketing efficiency by augmenting a single customer view from various data silos. He currently helps businesses across Asia grow strategically with technology, data, and service design. He actively shares industry best practices in schools and runs masterclasses. Yih Cheng Teaches as a part-time lecturer for the Master of Media and Communication Programme from the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University.
