How to Apply

Funding & Grants

  1. MSc TIP Entrepreneurship Study Award (up to SGD 30,000)
    Application Period: 1 Nov 2025 to 31 Jan 2026
    Application Form: Download the template here

    The study award will be based on merit. Candidates are required to submit their application via email, together with the completed MSc TIP application form downloaded from the application portal. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview.

  2. MSc TIP ASEAN Innovation Study Grant (up to SGD 15,000)
    Application Period: 1 Nov 2025 to 31 Jan 2026

    The study grant will be based on merit. Candidates are required to submit their application via email, together with the completed MSc TIP application form downloaded from the application portal. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview.

  3. MSc TIP Lifelong Learning Grant (up to SGD 10,000)
    All eligible candidates admitted to MSc TIP will be considered automatically. No application is required.

  4. MSc TIP Merit Award (up to SGD 5,000)
    After admissions, candidates who are successfully enrolled into MSc TIP will be considered for the award based on their academic performance and achievements in the programme. No application is required. 


Note: A limited number of Study Grants are available, and selection is competitive and will be based on merit.


Rebates & Discount

  1. NTU Tuition Fee Rebate
    Singapore Citizens will receive a tuition fee rebate of SGD 5,000. No application is required.

  2. NTU Alumni Discount
    NTU alumni will receive an additional 10% fee rebate. No application is required.

Note: Students with outstanding fees will be barred from viewing examination results and course registration. A late fee will be imposed.

Financial Aid

Applicable for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.

Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents may apply for additional financial aid of up to SGD 10,000, in addition to the Singapore Citizens / Singapore Permanent Residents rebate.

 

Eligibility:

Monthly Per Capita Income (PCI) is less than SGD 2,500, or Gross Household Income is less than SGD 10,000.

 

How to Apply:
Applicants may apply for the additional grant via the acceptance portal when indicating their interest in accepting the offer from the University.
 
An email from the University will be sent to the applicant to request details of Monthly Per Capita Income (PCI) or Gross Household Income for assessment.

*Note:

  • Cash will not be accepted as the University moves towards cashless payment.
  • Application fee is non-refundable.
  • Do not send cash by post.
  • Applications not following the above guidelines will be deemed invalid and will not be processed, and no further notification will be sent to these applicants.

AY26 registration is open from 1 Nov 2025 till 31 Jan 2026.
