• Philanthropic organisations will also be considered to explore funding support for the centre. In fact, given the global trend in ESG, the proposed centre will be a strong position to attract major philanthropic support and contributing to global emission reduction and sustainable development through the two largest emission sectors – power and transportation (through EV)
