Sharon Ward is a Research Fellow at The Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence at Nanyang Technological University. She holds a PhD from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and an MBA from Grand Valley State University, USA. She conducts research with leaders around the world, focusing on leadership and leadership development in diverse settings. She has conducted leadership training in numerous countries. She also assists with the on-going teaching and CQ assessment for courses conducted at the MBA and undergraduate levels in university.
