Nigel Phang is the Associate Dean of Nanyang Executive Education at the Nanyang Business School of Nanyang Technological University. He works with companies, professional bodies, and institutes of higher learning to develop executive education programmes. Nigel's professional experience is centered on more than 30 years of working across multiple markets and industries in Asia. He started his career as a Field Psychologist in the Singapore Ministry of Defence. Prior to joining NTU, he was the Managing Director of Corporate Executive Board in Singapore and the General Manager of Development Dimensions International in China. He also held HR Director and other HR leadership positions in the public sector, financial institution and high-tech. manufacturing firm. He teaches leadership, change management, and organizational behavior subjects at undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive levels. His current research focuses on leadership practices across cultures.
