VIETNAMESE CASE STUDIES
Case 1: Digital Transformation Strategy for Vietnamese Senior Leaders
The programme included an immersion trip to Singapore for 40 senior leaders from Vietnamese state-owned enterprises. The learning topics covered Digital Strategy, Digital Leadership, and Digital Applications, with a strong focus on Singapore-based case studies.
Participants visited the NTU AI Lab and Google Singapore to gain first-hand industry exposure and practical insights.
