Terry has more than 25 years of international leadership experience across enterprise software, cloud computing, analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has held executive and general management roles across Europe and Asia Pacific, leading large multinational teams and managing full P&L responsibilities in both high-growth and business transformation environments.
 
He currently serves as Senior Vice President & General Manager, Global AI Revenue at Infor, where he is responsible for the company's global AI commercial strategy and revenue growth. In this role, he leads the worldwide go-to-market execution for Infor's agentic AI portfolio, driving adoption and commercial outcomes across more than 60,000 customers in 175 countries and multiple industry sectors.
 
Prior to this appointment, Terry served as Senior Vice President & General Manager, International Strategic Solutions, where he led strategic solutions across Infor's international markets. He spearheaded digital modernisation initiatives focused on Industry 4.0, Generative AI, and autonomous supply chain platforms, while fostering cross-regional leadership, strategic customer engagement, and executive collaboration.
 
Earlier, Terry was Senior Vice President & General Manager, Asia Pacific and Japan, leading a successful regional transformation and serving on Infor's Global Executive Leadership Team. Under his leadership, the region achieved strong growth across its key markets while accelerating cloud adoption and customer success initiatives.
 
Before joining Infor, Terry held senior leadership positions with BlackLine, IBM, and Qlik, where he built and scaled regional businesses across Asia Pacific, led sales and customer-facing organisations, expanded market presence, and developed strategic partnerships with enterprise customers and global systems integrators.
 
Terry holds an Executive MBA from Nanyang Business School, a Master of Science in Knowledge Management from Nanyang Technological University, and a Bachelor of Information Systems from Monash University.
