Terry has over 25 years of international leadership experience across enterprise software, cloud, analytics, AI, and digital transformation. He has held executive and general management roles across Europe and Asia Pacific, leading large, multi‑country teams and full P&L responsibility in both high‑growth and turnaround environments.

He is currently Senior Vice President and General Manager, International at Infor, where he leads Strategic Solutions across international markets, with a focus on digital modernisation initiatives including Industry 4.0, Generative AI, and autonomous supply chain platforms. His work centres on cross‑regional leadership, strategic customer engagement, and global executive collaboration.

Previously, Terry served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific and Japan at Infor, where he led a regional transformation and was a member of the company’s Global Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to Infor, he held senior leadership roles at BlackLine, IBM, and Qlik, where he built and scaled regional operations across Asia Pacific, led sales and customer functions, expanded market presence, and developed strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and global system integrators.

Terry holds an Executive MBA from Nanyang Business School, a Master of Science in Knowledge Management from Nanyang Technological University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Monash University.
