Mr. Johnny Widodo is currently the Chief Operating Officer of FIT HUB, The first most premium and affordable gym in Indonesia.

Prior to this role, he served as Chief Business Operations at PT Central Financial X (CFX) and as Director of Clearing and Guarantee at PT Kliring Komoditi Indonesia (KKI): The First Crypto Bourse and Clearing House (Self Regulated Organization) in Indonesia licensed by Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Previously, Mr. Widodo was the Chief Executive Officer of Ringan Technology Indonesia, a financial services enabler focused on empowering small business owners.

Mr Widodo started his career as a R&D Engineer and was promoted as the youngest Principal Engineer out of 6,500 employees. He wrote over 25 International Journal and Conference papers and authored over 35 patents. He worked as Consultant in A.T. Kearney over various projects ranging from strategy formulation to procurement and operational transformation across multiple industries. He then joined PT Central Proteina Prima as Co-Head of Strategic Planning Group, helping the Chairman make decisions across all his businesses from aquaculture to banks.

In 2015, Mr Widodo joined OVO as Head of Business Development and worked across various functions i.e. marketing, operations, analytics, and sales. In 2016, he was promoted as Director of Sales and Partnerships handling both modern and SMEs market nationwide, and managing over 200 people in the team. In 2019, he led BeliMobilGue.co.id as Chief Executive Officer, leading over 1,000 people operating in 8 cities in Indonesia. In 2020, he was the CEO of OLX Group Indonesia, the largest automotive ecosystem in Indonesia operating in over 25 cities. In 2022, he led TaniHub Group as the CEO.

Mr. Widodo is also an active public speaker across Asia, delivering talks and participating in engagements both online and offline. Mr Widodo hosts J-Talk Podcast on YouTube, Anchor and Spotify. He also co-authored 2 books in Bahasa Indonesia, Survive, Plan, Grow - Kiat Menghadapi Gelombang Krisis and Membangun Negeri Melalui Startup (10 Kisah Startup di Indonesia) which were published in November 2020. He has one biography book "Tukang Insinyur jadi Bos". He loves to lift heavy weights and actively competes in Strongman event where he won Bronze medal in 2022.

Mr Widodo holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (First Class Honours) degree and a Master of Engineering degree in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore). He graduated with MBA from Nanyang Business School (NBS), NTU as the Best Student in Strategy.

He serves as President of NTU Alumni Association (Indonesia) and NBS Alumni Advisory Board, and mentor for startups in various organisation. In recognition of his achievements, Mr. Widodo was awarded the Nanyang Outstanding Young Alumni Award in 2020.

Beyond his professional career, he is widely known as “The Strongest CEO” in Indonesia, a recognition earned through his passion for heavy weightlifting and strongman sports.
