Engineering the Next Frontier
For the first time, the NTU Tech Summit & Alumni Conference took place in the United States, bringing together close to 300 NTU alumni, faculty members, entrepreneurs and industry leaders in Silicon Valley, one of the world’s leading centres for technology and innovation.
Held on 23 October 2026 at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California, the conference featured discussions on artificial intelligence (AI), deep tech, engineering innovation and the evolving global technology landscape.
Highlights included a fireside chat between Intel CEO and NTU alumnus Tan Lip-Bu and NTU President Professor Ho Teck Hua, as well as keynotes by NTU Deputy President and Provost Professor Christian Wolfrum, NTU Vice President (Industry) Professor Shirley Meng and WD CEO and NTU alumnus Irving Tan.
Alumni and industry panels examined AI-driven innovation, global technology trends, fundraising and industry-academia collaboration. The event concluded with a startup pitch, showcase and networking reception, creating opportunities for the NTU community to exchange ideas and explore collaborations.

NTU Singapore Alumni Regional Conference 2026 - Bangkok
More than 200 alumni flew in from 13 countries and gathered in Bangkok on 11 July 2026 for the fourth NTU Alumni Regional Conference, themed "Transforming Global Health: AI, Biomedicine, and the Power of Entrepreneurship." H.E. Ms Catherine Wong, Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to Thailand, delivered the keynote address. The day brought together alumni entrepreneurs and innovators applying AI and biotech in real-world settings, faculty masterclasses on AI systems and AI for health in Asia, and networking sessions connecting alumni, entrepreneurs and partners across the region.

NTU Singapore Alumni Regional Conference 2025 - Kuala Lumpur
NTU Singapore's third Alumni Regional Conference brought 250 alumni and industry partners to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 12 July 2025. Under the theme "Driving Growth through Innovation, Sustainability, and Collaboration", attendees engaged in meaningful conversations around pressing regional issues, from the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone to AI adoption in business, while forging stronger ties across the ASEAN community.

NTU Singapore Alumni Regional Conference 2024 - Hanoi
The second Alumni Regional Conference by NTU Singapore, themed "Economic Growth, AI, and Innovation", was held in Hanoi, Vietnam, on 22 June 2024. The event brought together 200 alumni and invited guests for a full-day conference at Pullman Hanoi to discuss Vietnam’s business growth and AI’s impact on businesses, opening doors for collaborations among alumni.

NTU Singapore Alumni Regional Conference 2023 - Jakarta
Held on 26 August 2023 in Jakarta, the first Alumni Regional Conference gathered participants, comprising Indonesian startup founders, venture capitalists, and government representatives to exchange views on pertinent business topics and network with over 200 other alumni and invited industry partners from the ASEAN region.
