Associate Professor Kei Koga on Japanese PM Kishida stepping down

Japan's Prime Minister Fumio Kishida says he will not seek the leadership of his party when the LDP caucus votes next month. Kei Koga, Associate Professor at the School of Social Sciences at NTU, explains what the political landscape could look like from here. According to Assoc Prof Koga, the change of leadership will lead to further change of the LDP and improve its image before the next election.
