Ahead of the 10th Singapore-China forum on Leadership, Singapore says it sees a good chance to understand Beijing’s view of the world today. Coordinating Minister for Public Services Chan Chun Sing - who’s chairing the forum - gave a closed-door interview to local English and Chinese media outlets in which he said it’s a unique platform to seed relationships with Chinese leaders for future collaborations.
