Dr Jason Tan, Associate Professor at NIE, notes the growing use of AI in classrooms, citing plans to introduce AI modules in lower primary mathematics that “provide feedback and adjust accordingly.” Dr Andy Ho, Professor of Psychology and Medicine at NTU contributes insights on the growing integration of humans and machines, citing developments like neural chip interfaces, and cautions that “the future with exponential growth in technology is a future full of possibility, but also a great deal of ethical concern in terms of accessibility and the guardrails we should implement.”  In researching this story, 19 experts were consulted, including Dr Shannon Ang, Assistant Professor of Sociology at NTU.
