NTU Psychology Shines: Prof Andy Ho Appointed President of INELDA’s Board of Directors

We are proud to announce that Professor Andy Ho, Provost’s Chair Professor of Psychology at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), has been appointed President of the Board of Managers at the International End of Life Doula Association (INELDA) in May 2025.

A multi-award-winning psychologist, social scientist, and educator, Prof Ho is a global leader in thanatology, gerontology, digital health, end-of-life care, and community empowerment. He previously served as President of the Association for Death Education and Counselling (ADEC) and continues to play a key role as a Board Director of the International Work Group on Death, Dying, and Bereavement (IWGDDB).

At NTU, Prof Ho leads with passion and purpose as Director of Research at the Palliative Care Centre for Excellence in Research and Education (PalC), where he drives research and policy innovations that make a real difference to communities.

This prestigious appointment reflects the growing global recognition of NTU Psychology and our commitment to impactful, socially meaningful research and education.
