Observers expect PM Lee to reshuffle the Cabinet and appoint two new Deputy PMs soon. Asst Prof Woo Jun Jie from NTU’s SSS thinks they will be Heng Swee Keat and Chan Chun Sing. “We can be very sure that Heng Swee Keat will become the next Prime Minister,” he said.
