In an article, Kamal Kant, a part-time lecturer in Careers and Employment Relations at NTU's School of Social Sciences, said that when it comes to new year resolutions or even personal endeavours, the most important thing is to question yourself on the purpose of it. He said that one will be able to see the rationale or basis for it by thinking more deeply about the resolution or goal.
