In a commentary, Prof Euston Quah, Albert Winsemius Chair Professor and head of economics at NTU, shared four observations on the Covid-19 pandemic in Singapore. He opined that not everything is bad news about the pandemic. There are silver linings and hopefully, with the end of Covid-19, some might be retained as the new normal for the betterment of society.
