Biography
Li Tang is professor in public policy at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs in Fudan University in China. Dr. Tang’s research is focused on science, technology and innovation policy, research assessment, and program evaluation. Her research was awarded for Best Dissertation in Public Policy and Management in Asia (2011-2012) and has appeared in Research Policy, Journal of Technology Transfer, Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, Journal of Informetrics. She is a co-inventor of the US granted patent “Identification disambiguation in databases”.
