The SSS@NTU Psychology Programme you to join them at the upcoming event hosted by programme in collaboration with the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) OCD Clinic, with the aim to shed light on the complexities of Obsessive-compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Public Forum and Theatre Play on OCD

OCD, a treatable mental health condition characterized by intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviours, is more common than you may think in Singapore. However, misconceptions and a lack of awareness often lead to delayed treatment. Join them to raise awareness and gain a deeper understanding of OCD through an immersive theatre experience, one of the first in Singapore!

Event Highlights:

  • Expert talks by psychologists and psychiatrists to introduce OCD, its treatment, and the resources available in our community.
  • A theatre play, 'Struggle of a Touch' performed by local actors, provides insight into individuals' challenges with OCD and its profound impact on their loved ones.
  • A Q&A session to address your questions about OCD.

*Light refreshments will be provided after the forum.
