  • Describe digitisation, digitalisation and digital transformation and explain the differences between them. 

  • Describe the key technologies (e.g., cloud computing, robotic process automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, analytics, Internet of Things) and give examples of their applications. 

  • Analyse how digital transformation can be applied in a business setting.

Mr Kenneth Lim

Kenneth Lim holds the esteemed role of Head of NTU Shared Services at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), where he leads the organization's shared services operations encompassing Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Student OneStop. With over 19 years of experience in digitization, business operations management, and process transformation, Kenneth brings a wealth of knowledge to his role.

Prior to joining NTU in 2022, Kenneth served as a Principal Director in the Operations practice at Accenture, where he supported various multinational companies in organizational and process transformation initiatives. He also gained valuable experience in running BPO operations in China and Hong Kong. Prior to Accenture, Kenneth held procurement positions at Nokia and Standard Chartered, working in Dubai and Singapore.

Kenneth's expertise in strategic program and project management has been instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives and optimizing all operations. With his leadership, NTU's shared services team, consisting of over 200 dedicated professionals, can deliver efficient and seamless services.
