Become the Person Who Builds Things: Most professionals have ideas — few know how to execute them. This programme gives you the end-to-end capability to create a venture from scratch, whether a tech startup, a consulting practice, or a deep-tech spinout, turning you from someone with potential into someone with a track record.

See Technology the Way Investors Do: Learn to look at emerging research and innovation through a commercial lens — identifying which technologies have real market potential and which don't. This skill alone sets you apart in any boardroom, investment committee, or founding team.

Stop Guessing, Start Validating: Replace intuition with method. You'll learn how to rigorously design product-market fit and sharpen your unique selling proposition, so that when you go to market, you go with evidence — not hope.

Lead Teams That Actually Build: Ventures fail not from lack of ideas, but from poor team dynamics. You'll develop the people leadership and team formation skills that founders, intrapreneurs, and innovation leads rely on to move from concept to company.

Get Mentored by People Who Have Done It: Access a curated network of venture capitalists, serial entrepreneurs, and industry leaders — not just as guest speakers, but as active mentors invested in your venture's success.

Walk Into Any Investor Meeting Ready: From your first pitch to your final Hackathon presentation, you'll develop the fluency, confidence, and structure to present your business case compellingly — and get the funding, partnerships, or buy-in your idea deserves.

Tap Into NTU's Innovation Infrastructure: Go beyond the classroom. As part of this programme, you can be matched with NTU researchers and gain potential access to world-class lab facilities — giving your venture a head start that most founders never get.
