Dr Chia Chien Wei possesses more than 2 decades of experience with the Singapore Armed Forces at various organizational levels focusing on operations, training, long term planning and future concept experimentation in air defence, Cyber Security, etc. He has deep competencies in the application of Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics in various domains combined with having strong foundations in human factors, learning theories and epistemology. He also has deep appreciation of workplace knowledge creation and learning theories from the historical, social and cultural perspectives.
While with the Ministry of Defence and the Singapore Armed Forces, Dr Chia was involved in work at various organisational levels focusing on strategic capability development, operations, training, long-term planning and future concept experimentation, Cyber Security and Air Defence networks, etc.
