In his address, Professor Liu Hong, Director of NCPA, commended the students for their determination in completing their one-year studies in Singapore despite all the challenges and difficulties brought about by COVID-19.

Mr Kang Kai, Counsellor (Education) of the P.R. China Embassy in Singapore, gave a heartwarming speech. The P.R. China Embassy in Singapore has constantly provided assistance to the students, such as COVID care packs.

After the addresses, Prof Liu presented the Director’s List Awards and Best Dissertation Awards. He also presented commemorative plaques to all the students. Mr Kang presented appreciation awards to members of the Class Committee for their dedicated service.

The Graduate Programmes Best Teacher of the Year Award was presented to Prof Liu Hong by the Class Representative, Mr Li Tianran.

This year’s ceremony could not be held at a hotel due to COVID-19 Safe Management Measures and has to be kept short and simple. Despite the constraints, NCPA did its best in making the ceremony as memorable as possible for the newly minted alumni.
