Dr. Dong has over 40 years of industrial, teaching, and research experience and has specialised in seismic hazard evaluation and risk assessment. His research interests include seismic design of buildings, structural responsibility, and the application of neural networks, pattern recognition, and artificial intelligence techniques to earthquake hazard mitigation and risk assessment.
Adjunct Professor Dr. Peter Hoeppe
Professor Hoeppe’s academic education is in meteorology (Masters and PhD) and human biology (PhD). Since 2004 he has been a Professor for Biometeorology. Proffessor Hoeppe has worked in different institutes at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and as a post doc at Yale University (USA).
Adjunct Professor Dr. Pane Stojanovski
Dr. Stojanovski holds BS, MS and PhD degrees in structural engineering from the Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia. He had won prestigious grants and scholarships such as British Council and Fulbright post doc research grants. At the Skopje University he was a full professor conducting research and teaching courses in structural mechanics, theory of structures, and application of OR in civil engineering.
Adjunct Professor Dr. Zuo Huiqiang
Dr. Zuo Huiqiang holds BS degree in structural engineering from Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province), MS and PhD degrees in Earthquake Engineering from the Institute of Engineering Mechanics, China Earthquake Administration (IEM, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province).
