I have a daughter. If she is academically strong and has earned a place at NTU, what kind of a university education would I want for her?

I would want her to look beyond her chosen major(s) by enrolling in a programme that both complements her major(s) and goes beyond academics. 

I strongly feel that a university education should broaden the mind, enrich the soul, and build lifelong friendships. It should prepare you not just for a career, but for a meaningful life ahead.

The right programme should offer a multi-disciplinary curriculum, carefully designed to nurture critical skills, such as creativity and critical thinking. It should provide international exposure, because I have seen firsthand how such experiences transform young people.

I am proud to share that the NTU University Scholars Programme (NTU-USP) is exactly such a programme. It is rich, stimulating, and holistic, designed to develop global citizens who will lead with wisdom and serve society with purpose.

As a parent, I would be delighted for my daughter to join NTU-USP one day.
