The College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (CoHASS) pays tribute to Professor Theng Yin Leng, President's Chair in Information Studies at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, who passed away on 10 July 2026.

Through her dedication to interdisciplinary research, mentorship, and collaboration, she helped shape the field of information studies while inspiring generations of students, researchers, and colleagues. Her remarkable legacy will continue to inspire the wider academic community and future generations for years to come.
