Learning Intelligence: Innovative and Transformative Learning Strategies, Cultural and Social Engineering Perspectives

In today's rapid changing environment, with evolving demands and expectations, educators as vital advocates need to be agile to shape students as future leaders, having them realize their role as change catalysts in building a productive and sustainable world.

This academic (scholarly) plus practice-oriented book would serve as an essential and timely intervention where it aims to (a) provide a holistic guidance and proposed evidence-based & practice-oriented frameworks to navigate the complex learning environments  in rapidly evolving climate, environment to facilitate effective learning and knowledge transfer, while advocating the shift in the learning culture and culture of learning in varying contexts; (b) serve well for varying and cross-disciplinary clusters of individuals, particularly for academic, senior management of higher education institutions and senior leaders/managers of corporate  organisations; (c) equip readers a deep understanding of the evolving and dynamic issues that need to be addressed in the higher education context to handle multifaceted situations which would potentially arise in the process of engaging the students in their pursuit of their studies at the Universities to be nurtured as future global leaders and knowledge workers;  (d) recommend the explicit pedagogical frameworks and strategies to effectively engage the future learners through the “lenses” of contemporary aspects and varying rooted values in pursuit of their studies in tertiary institutions and Universities.
