As the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on a large scale is predicted to boost the global economy by $15.7 trillion by 2030, it’s no surprise that AI investments by the corporate sector are at an all time high with organisations putting more effort into automation and making AI part of the decision making process.

With these high investments, it’s only natural to raise questions on ROI and organisational efficiency. Is an acceptable ROI being achieved? How should the integration of this data-driven system be managed to promote organisational efficiency and competitiveness? Until now, it’s believed to be a zero-sum game where machine and man are positioned as being in competition, which in the longer term can only lead to decreased efficiency and low ROI.

Professor De Cremer, advocates an alternative idea – Triple AI, where AI will work in tandem with humans to bring about an augmented approach to create value. To achieve this, we would need to understand the kind of leadership required to integrate AI in daily operations, while building a digital savvy and learning work culture that is able to promote the use of AI in a sustainable way.

Join us in this upcoming webinar as Professor De Cremer discusses the role that AI will play in how organisations of the future will be run, and the exact role of human leadership. In addition, he will share insights into his recently launched book titled “Leadership by Algorithm: Who Leads and Who Follows in the AI Era”.
