Dr Koh is Chief Medical Officer of Kupu Health, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He oversees the development of healthcare services facilities, from ambulatory centers and above. This includes general medical and specialist medical centers, and responsible for clinical operations and quality.

Before this, Dr Koh was Deputy Chief Medical Officer, co-overseeing clinical services in Jiahui Health, the largest private international healthcare ecosystem in Shanghai. He was actively involved in clinical operations and product development. He sat on various committees including privileging & credentialing, clinical standards, medical executive council, medical policies, peer review and he presided over the Jiahui vaccination and clinical products committees. 

Prior to Jiahui Health, Dr Koh was managing another medical group in China, responsible for all operations of the group’s healthcare assets, across 6 cities in China. He has worked previously in other major medical groups in Singapore and the Republic of Ireland and has been a practicing physician for over 20 years. Dr Koh has sat on and presided over Medical Boards and Clinical Governance committees in several medical groups, including public-listed Parkway Health and Healthway Medical Group in Singapore. He was actively involved in multiple large-scale projects in both B2B and B2G arenas, to enhance scope of clinical services and developing new business lines. After Parkway Health, Dr Koh was appointed Vice-President, International Business Development, with focus on strategy and business development at Certis CISCO Pte Ltd, driving merger and acquisition activities.

Graduating from the National University of Ireland with a 1st class Honors medical degree & an intercalated Bachelor of Medical Science, Dr Koh completed Specialist training in General Surgery in the Republic of Ireland. After achieving membership to the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, he returned to Singapore and further obtained a Master in Medicine (Surgery), Singapore. Dr Koh then went into Family Medicine and subsequent Occupational Medicine training programs which he completed and became both a registered Family Physician with the Singapore Medical Council and a registered Designated Workplace Doctor with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower. He is currently in both Healthcare Management and clinical practice. Over the last 10 years, Dr Koh also completed an Advanced Management Program (Nanyang-UC Berkeley), and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nanyang Business School in Nanyang Technological University Singapore.

Dr Koh was also as an adjunct lecturer in Occupational Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore.
