​Dr Shawn Lum interviewed about Cross Island MRT Line on Money FM

 

The new Cross Island MRT Line could be built under the Central Catchment, or skirt around it, but which option is best for this the largest continuous piece of forest in Singapore? After putting togetehr a rigorous report on the environmental impact of the two options, the authorities are not inviting feedback from the public. Dr Shawn Lum, who has also been part of the report, is interviewed In his capacity as President of Singapore Nature Society, on the impact of the new MRT line on the forest and its biodiversity.
