​SSS in the News | Has public participation in assessing the effectiveness of the government proved useful?

Ma Liang, an associate professor from Renmin University of China, mentioned in a commentary that Assoc Prof Wu Wei from NTU Public Policy and Global Affairs, conducted the Project on Lien Chinese Cities Public Service Quality Assessment in 2013. Assoc Prof Wu used computer assisted telephone interviews in this study to assess the level of satisfaction that the Chinese public had towards the effectiveness of the government.
