In a commentary, NTU economics expert Prof Ng Yew Kwang wrote about Second Minister for Home Affairs and Manpower Josephine Teo’s call for more women to join the science and technology sectors. While Prof Ng supports gender equality, he felt men and women have their own strengths and we need not ask for every sector to have the same number of each gender.
