Assoc Prof Paul Yip from NTU's economics division wrote an article analysing the economic future of Hong Kong after the Policy Address that took place on Wednesday. He brought up issues of housing shortages and high immigration levels as more key problems and mentioned that Hong Kong has entered a period of recession.
