Singapore Bioscience Symposium (SBS) 2025
10 Dec 2025 - 12 Dec 2025 Alumni, Current Students, Industry/Academic Partners, Prospective Students, Public

We are proud to present the inaugural Singapore Bioscience Symposium (SBS), hosted by NTU’s School of Biological Sciences (SBS) and supported by the IAS Frontiers Conference Series.

More than just a shared acronym, this annual symposium reflects the school’s commitment to advancing bioscience research, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation across disciplines.

SBS will serve as a premier international platform for the exchange of cutting-edge ideas and discoveries in three core areas of bioscience research: Structural and Cell Biology, Plant and Agrobiology, and Development, Disease, and Target Discovery. Leading researchers from around the world will share new insights and breakthroughs that are shaping the future of these fields.

The inaugural event in 2025 will spotlight the emerging topic of Plant Biomolecular Condensation and Signalling, offering fresh perspectives on how dynamic cellular condensates regulate key signalling pathways that drive plant development and stress adaptation. These advances hold significant implications for sustainable agriculture and agrifood security, and are shaping the future of agritech.

We welcome researchers, academics, and industry professionals to engage in meaningful scientific exchange and join us in pushing the frontiers of bioscience.
