Step Up with the New Training Management System (TMS)

NTU PACE is entering a new chapter in our digital transformation journey. As part of our continued commitment to enhancing the way Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes are delivered and managed, we will soon be implementing a new, integrated Training Management System (TMS). This centralised platform is designed to improve operational efficiency, elevate user experience, and future proof our processes ensuring that NTU remains at the forefront of lifelong learning.

The new TMS has been purpose-built to serve the needs of all CET units across the university. By bringing together various systems and workflows into a single, unified platform, we are creating a more seamless experience that is intuitive, transparent, and responsive. Users will be able to manage everything from course application and scheduling to payment and certification all within one streamlined system.

This move marks a strategic shift towards smarter, more sustainable operations. As the learning landscape evolves, so too must the tools that support it. The TMS will replace manual processes with automated workflows that reduce administrative effort and enhance productivity. With real time task updates, in system approvals, and integration with key university platforms, the system improves both service delivery and operational consistency.
