4 GST for course fee under different SkillsFuture Schemes (Individual scheme, MCES, ETSS) would be charged based on the course fee under the individual scheme, i.e, 9% of the course fee after 70% funding.
Funding Requirements
- You must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for each module.
- You must complete and pass all assessment components.
2. SkillsFuture Credit
Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may use their SkillsFuture Credits (up to S$500) to pay for the course fees. The credits may be used on top of existing course fee funding. This is only applicable to self-sponsored participants.

From 1 April 2020, a one-off SkillsFuture Credit top-up of $500 will be provided to every Singapore Citizens aged 25 years and above as at 31 December 2020. This top-up will expire on 31 December 2025. Eligible Singaporeans can now start using their one-off credit top-up to offset the full fee payable.
3. Absentee Payroll
Companies who sponsor their employees for the course may apply for Absentee Payroll via the SkillsConnect system. For more information, please visit SkillsConnect.
4. NTU Alumni Course Credit
NTU/NIE alumni may utilise their $1,600 Alumni Course Credits. Click here for more information.
5. SkillsFuture Level-Up Programme for Mid-Career Individuals
From May 2024, Singaporeans aged 40 years and above are able to use their SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career) top-up of $4,000 to offset out-of-pocket course fees after SSG funding for selected courses that are oriented towards meeting industry and employment needs. Please submit your claim on MySkillsFuture portal to use the opening balance.
