Dr Robin Lim

Dr Robin E S Lim is the Group Business Process Director of an Indonesia conglomerate. Over his working experience of 43 years, Dr Lim has been working in a government institution, manufacturing sector across various industries, oil and gas industry, banking and education sectors. His rich experience in restructuring, start-up, and management of companies provides students with rich insights into how the journey of leadership could enhance personal well-being and achieve business excellence. Dr Lim completed his Doctorate of Business Administration at the SMC University, Switzerland; Master of Business Administration (with Distinction) at the New York University; and has a Master of Social Science (Economics) from the University of Singapore (now known as the National University of Singapore). He also completed his Bachelor Degree of Commerce (Economics) with First-class Honours at the Nanyang University (now known as the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore). Dr Lim is also the author of two books: "Mindfulness for Better Leadership and Business Performance: An integration of Heart-ware into Business Practices", published by the Singapore Mindfulness Institute, in April 2016, and "An Appreciation of Company and Business Laws" (Mandarin Edition), published by Asian Commerce and Economics Studies Centre, Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in December 1999.

 

林永瑞（罗宾）博士现任印度尼西亚一财团的集团业务流程董事。其职务是负责多家子公司的企业操作流程之改良与再造项目。包括企业策略规划、生产管理、人力管理、采购、市场与銷售管理、效绩管理和企业組织发展等。在当前职位上，林博士曾负责多个项目，如在中国设立资产五千万美元的纺织厂、在越南及印尼为教育机构设立分行、以及在印尼设立第一和第二间珍袖型天然气提練厂。林博士也曾是许多公司的负责人，例如在新加坡一家拥有750多名员工的瓦楞纸箱厂；也是印度尼西亚一家拥有1200名员工的瓦楞纸箱厂的掌舵人；全面负责开采位于印度尼西亚伊里安的油田,旗下共有450名工作人员和15名外藉专家一起从事开展油田作业；重组一家在印尼雅加达拥有3000多名员工的电子电器工厂，使之成为仅有2000多名员工的精益电子电器生产工厂。林博士也曾是新加坡一所大型私立教育机构的负责人，管理着200多名行政管理人员，100多名全职教师和80多名兼职教师，有着超过3500多名的学生。

在他四十多年的工作经验中，林博士一直在各种制造业，石油和天然气行业，银行、教育行业及政府机构担任主要管理人员。他在企业重组、启动和管理方面的丰富经验为参与者提供了有关管理和领导力、如何提高个人福利和实现卓越业务的丰富经验。林博土也曾应中国多个市攻府之邀请，在河北省多个城市开办研讨会和课程。也曾担任唐山市京港开发区顾问。

林博士在瑞士的SMC大学完成工商管理博士学位；纽约大学工商管理硕士（特优）；并拥有新加坡大学（现称新加坡国立大学）的社会科学硕士（经济学）。他还在新加坡南洋大学（现称南洋理工大学）完成了商业（经济学）学士学位，获得一等荣誉学位。林博士曾出版过三本书： （1）2016年的“The Third Element–The Heart-ware for Personal and Business Excellence”; (2）2015年的“Mindfulness for Better Leadership and Business Performance: An integration of Heart-ware into Business Practices”。这两本书均由新加坡正念研究所出版。（3）1999年的《公商法律的掌握和应用》（中文版），该书由亚洲商业和经济研究中心，新加坡南洋理工大学南洋商学院联合出版。
