Seminar Abstract

The aviation industry is facing unprecedented challenges. Due to global headwinds, many stakeholders will be compelled to find ways to improve operational efficiency and safety, while maintaining flexibility and resilience. Remote Tower (RT) technology is uniquely placed as an enabling platform to drive future improvements in capacity, cost-effectiveness and safety.

Join us for a webinar to discuss the opportunities and challenges offered by RTs as we hear from Air Navigation Service Providers, industry and research groups around the world. Six distinguished speakers will share their experiences and lessons learnt, as well as offering a glimpse into the future of RTs. The topics covered include regulatory, implementation and operational challenges; the current state-of-the-art in technologies and solutions; as well as trends and future research directions.
