About Us

The CyberSG R&D Programme Office (CRPO) is a new national centre at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. CRPO aspires to catapult Singapore to the forefront of cybersecurity innovation and implementation, fueled by a staggering 62 million dollars from the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). CRPO will focus its efforts on three main thrusts to advance cybersecurity comprehensively: cutting-edge research and development, advancements in technology and translational development, and fostering ecosystem/industry growth and training.

Programmes (CRPO Verticals)

Grant Management

The CRPO Grant Call is a competitive funding initiative aimed at fostering research projects that push the boundaries of cyber technologies from Singapore-based Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), Research Institutes (RIs), and Industry Partners.

Cyber Security Consortium

The Cyber Security Consortium serves as a unifying platform to together diverse cybersecurity enthusiasts together to fortify our digital landscape, through a series of events, working groups, and other networking and talent recruitment opportunities.

Incubation

The incubation division within CRPO plays a multifaceted role to transform findings into practical solutions, forms collaborative teams, facilitates strategic matchmaking, establishes Business Units (BUs) for promising concepts, secures funding, conducts skill development workshops, oversees strategic scaling, and fosters spin-off ventures.
