Telling the Singapore Story in Greater Depth
This is a customised programme to serve the learning needs of its Mandarin Speaking Tourist Guides. The course content covers aspects of Singapore history, the evolution of segments of its cultures, the evolution of local architecture and the journey of Singapore fine arts.
Learning Objective
Trainees will gain deeper insights regarding topics related to Singapore, so that they may better engage and enthuse Chinese tourists.
Learning Outcome
Trainees will learn how to tell the Singapore story in Mandarin, targeting at high net worth, well-educated Chinese tourists who are interested to understand Singapore beyond the surface. After the course, trainees should be able to discuss topics in greater depth with Chinese tourists, answer their questions with more confidence, and have a better idea of what Chinese tourists would like to learn more about Singapore.
