Business Culture and Etiquette with Chinese Clients

 

Learning Objective

This is a customised programme cater to the learning needs of its Singapore-based officers. The content will give the officers an understanding and also practical knowledge of Business Chinese language, culture and etiquette.

Learning Outcome

Participants will learn about the cultural differences between China and Singapore, Chinese business etiquette and their mentality. They will be able to appropriately converse and conduct themselves when interacting with their Chinese counterparts, as well as to conduct oral presentations.
