Centre Director judges the Singapore Press Club Award
The annual award recognises excellence in journalism

Amit Jain, the Director of the NTU-SBF Centre for African Studies was on the panel of judges who decided the winners of this year’s SPC journalism award. The annual award instituted by the Singapore Press Club in 2022 recognises excellence in local journalism and has been widely seen by the media industry in Singapore as prestigious.
Jain was invited by the Singapore Press Club to the panel of judges assigned to select the Finance Journalism Award. Fellow judges included former Business Editor Kevin Lim and Group CEO of accounting firm CLA Global TS Henry Tan. The winners will be recognised for their contribution to the media industry at an award ceremony organised by the Singapore Press Club. The announcement will be made through a press release next month (Jun).
