​Professor Benjamin Horton presents report at Arctic Forum

Professor Benjamin Horton, who was science advisor for Singapore at Arctic Science Ministerial Forum earlier this year, has announced that he will participate in the VIII International Forum "Arctic: Today and the Future", taking place in St. Petersburg Dec 5 – 7 2018. Professor Benjamin Horton will be participating in the business program, where he will present a report entitled "Changes in Sea Level in the Arctic: Past, Present and Future" at the working session "Climate Change and Melting of Permafrost Thaw".
