​Prof Ben Horton interviewed by Reuters TV on "The Business of Sand"

Prof Ben Horton has recently being interviewed by Reuters TV on "The Business of Sand".

Sand is the most traded commodity by volume, and second only to water as the world's most extracted natural resource. However, a recent UN report warns that sand mining has gone too far and is causing environmental damage around the globe. Prof Ben Horton says that the world's biggest sand importer, Singapore has to find alternatives to resolve such an issue.
