Growing Entrepreneurial Talents Innovation Grant
NTU Entrepreneurship Academy is proud to present the Growing Entrepreneurial Talents (GET) innovation grant. This grant is designed to empower students, fostering collaboration and innovation to turn their visionary ideas into reality. The grant aims to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit, drive progress, and develop groundbreaking solutions that introduce impactful innovations, making a tangible difference in society.
About the Grant
Key Benefit
Teams that are shortlisted will have the chance to present their pitch decks to a panel of judges. The panel will evaluate each presentation and decide the amount of funding that qualifying teams will receive, which can be up to S$5,000.
Participating Team Criteria
At least one full-time student (undergraduate/postgraduate) must be from NTU at the point of application.
Requirements
Submission
Teams to fill up the application form to submit their business proposal and pitch deck.
Teams must submit a pitch deck of not more than 8 slides (excluding cover slide) and a business proposal (between 1500 - 2000 words*) that address all the points listed in the business proposal template in English only.

- A clear description of your problem statement
- A detailed description of your team’s proposed solution
- Identify your competition (companies, products, technologies or status quo)
- If possible, present your POC or MVP
- A 100-word description of your project that can be shared publicly
- A description of team members' roles and responsibilities
- One-year project timeline with clearly indicated milestones
- Provide a detailed breakdown for the grant usage (up to S$5,000)
*Pages in the Annex are not counted towards the world limit.

Benefits of the Grant
Teams can connect with mentors of their choice upon receiving the grant until the final report is submitted.
Teams will have access to a meeting room at the Innovation Port at Wee Cho Yaw Plaza for weekly discussions.
Upon submission of their application, teams will get a chance to consult the Experiential Learning Team to improve their chances of winning.
Evaluation Criteria
Teams will be evaluated based on their business proposal submissions. Shortlisted teams will present their pitch decks in person.

Grant Disbursement
The fund will be disbursed over two tranches:
- 30% upon awarded grant
- 70% after submission of team’s final report
