Our heartiest congratulations to Benny Febriansyah who was awarded Gold for the SNIC-Prof Lee Soo Ying Award! The Prof Lee Soo Ying Young Chemist Award is awarded by Singapore National Institute of Chemistry (SNIC) as a national prize for graduate students in Singapore who are doing excellent works in chemistry. What an achievement!

Benny received his B.S. (1st Class Honors) degree in chemistry and biological chemistry with minor in life sciences from NTU Singapore in 2015, and continued with his PhD studies with the NTU IGS-ERI@N Programme under Prof Nripan Mathews and Prof Jason England's guidance. Benny's current research interest includes solar energy conversion with solution processable (printable) devices. He is presently a postdoctoral scholar with Prof. Joel Ager at Berkeley Education Alliance for Research in Singapore (BEARS) where he works on improving the stability and commercial viability of perovskite solar cells.
