- Outline regulatory road map for novel food safety assessment
- Review safety data and assess the level of readiness for regulatory submission
- Provide regulatory advice and support to substantiate the safety of novel foods: Literature review, predictive safety assessment using analytical, in silico/computational tools; in vitro and/or in vivo testing support
- Structure and review company’s safety dossier in preparation for submission to Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
