Low cost and carbon footprint bendable concrete
Bendable concrete is a unique class of high performance cementitious composites exhibiting extreme tensile ductility several hundred times that of conventional concrete. Due to high cement and synthetic fibre content, the cost and carbon footprint
of bendable concrete is high. The awarded project is to develop new bendable concrete formulation with the aim to reduce cost and carbon footprint by as much as 50%.
